About the Role

Our IT Manager is a proactive and visionary leader, with experience in managing technology, people, and processes. This person will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the company’s technological infrastructure, while driving innovation and supporting business growth.

Combining strong leadership and problem-solving skills with technical expertise, the IT Manager will guarantee that IT systems run smoothly, securely, and in full alignment with iCliGo’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company’s objectives;
  • Manage and optimize the technological infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, security, devices);
  • Lead, support, and develop the IT team, fostering collaboration and best practices;
  • Ensure consistent application of cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection policies;
  • Manage external vendors, IT contracts, and budget;
  • Support digital transformation projects and the automation of business processes;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for critical incidents and ensure continuity plans are in place.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in IT management (ideally 5+ years in similar roles);
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments (Azure / AWS), networks, and cybersecurity;
  • Experience managing teams and external vendors;
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to introduce new ideas and tools that simplify daily work;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
