Main Objective

The Business Developer's mission is to drive Raftech's growth by identifying, engaging, and building strong relationships with IT decision-makers (CTO, CIO, Procurement Leads) across Europe. The role involves designing and executing commercial strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting the expansion of Raftech's service offering in IT consulting, outsourcing, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales

o Identify new opportunities through multichannel outreach

o Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and partners.

o Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Recruitment & Team Building
  • o Support in identifying and onboarding top IT talent for client projects.

    o Collaborate with the consulting team to align client needs with consultants' expertise.

  • Client Management & Delivery Follow-Up
  • o Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.

    o Act as a trusted point of contact for key accounts.

  • Business Unit Management
  • o Contribute to defining strategy, goals, and KPIs for the business unit.

    o Actively participate in Raftech's growth initiatives and expansion plans.

    Profile & Requirements

    Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
  • Experience in B2B sales, consulting, or IT services is highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.

  • Full-time permanent contract (Portuguese terms).
