Key Responsibilities

• Client acquisition and commercial relationship management
• Define strategy and identify business development opportunities
• Project oversight and key decision making
• Manage revenue pipeline and objectives
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, construction)
• Allocate and distribute projects
• Ensure delivery to clients
• Global and individual team performance management
• Set career progression goals

Key Challenges

• Develop service philosophy and business model for new area
• Establish the company as a national leader in this segment
• Increase business volume in construction and architecture

Qualifications

• Commercial and leadership profile
• Strong technical background in Architecture, project management or construction
• Business acumen and ability to develop business plans
• 7–20 years of experience
• Leadership and team management experience
• Higher education in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Complementary training in management or real‑estate valued

Compensation & Benefits

• Permanent contract
• Annual gross salary 60,000€–90,000€ depending on experience
