This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation.THE ROLE We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Kofax Developer for a national project.YOUR DAY TO DAYDaily monitoring of the state of health of desktop publishing applications, GED, workflow (morning-check, application of recurring procedures for reprocessing rejections, relaunching suspended jobs, processing all alerts raised by the supervision of applications and servers etc)Validation of the proper functioning of the application ADOC during software and infrastructure upgrade operationAnalysis and correction of production incidentsProcessing assistance requests from ADOC usersAnalysis and correction of production incidentsCommunication of the progress of the resolution of the anomalies to the declarant and to the IT support teamsThe relationship with our outsourcer OPS / ITG for incident reporting and change requestsEvolutionary and corrective maintenance of the ADOC document processing workflow and INSIGHT activity reporting to meet business needs (analysis, estimate of loads, design and development, application verification and acceptance support)Design and development of changes to the ADOC documentary workflowReporting and monitoring of product bugs with the KOFAX publisherDaily reporting for the businesses (stock present in the tool at the end of the day, stock depth, flow processed by the teams) with explanation of the differencesModelling of structured documents to improve the RAD / LAD rateAnalysis of RAD / LAD statistics collected with the INSIGHT component and proposal for areas for improvementWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORKTA and INSIGHT (certification preferred)Strong experience with .NET FrameworkSolid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly ScrumProficiency in SQL scripting for database management and optimizationAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsFluency in English and FrenchWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US Stable professional careerWorking with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.Prospects for career advancementYou can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
