Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are developing a strategic planning application for a major German automotive OEM.

This solution implements a novel cause-and-effect-based planning paradigm, allowing users to efficiently manipulate strategic plans containing millions of data points with high performance and flexibility.

Responsibilities :

Ability and willingness to fully understand the underlying business context, processes, motivators, and key concepts driving the project.

Capable of working autonomously on backend or frontend functionality while making system design and architecture decisions.

Comfortable writing clear and structured documentation, diagrams, and Architectural Decision Records (ADRs).

Technical Expertise

Advanced Python programming experience.

Expertise in advanced data wrangling using Polars (or alternatives like Apache Spark or Pandas) and SQL.

Proficiency in building web applications, ideally using Dash and Mantine.

Experience deploying web applications to cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure.

Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing (e.g., using pytest and playwright).
