Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lisbon for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktop computers, and helping to maintain the overall IT infrastructure. Daily tasks will include responding to help desk requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.
