Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Solution Architect (m / f / diverse) for Microsoft Information Protection & Governance to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's information is protected, managed and governed in accordance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and organizational policies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining information protection and governance solutions based on Microsoft technologies such as Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security, Microsoft Compliance Manager, Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, and Microsoft Information Governance.
Responsibilities
Design and implement information protection and governance solutions based on Microsoft technologiesDevelop and maintain information protection and governance policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsMonitor and analyze data flows and usage patterns to identify and mitigate risks associated with sensitive dataProvide guidance and support to stakeholders in matters related to information protection and governanceConduct regular audits and assessments of information protection and governance controls to ensure compliance and effectivenessWork collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure that information protection and governance requirements are integrated into existing systems and processesProvide training and awareness sessions to end-users on information protection and governance policies and proceduresStay current with industry trends and best practices related to information protection and governanceAdvanced Knowledge about File and Folder encryptionQualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMany years of experience working with Microsoft information protection and governance technologies such as Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security, Microsoft Compliance Manager, Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, and Microsoft Information GovernanceStrong knowledge of information security and governance principles and best practicesExperience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001Relevant certifications such as MCSE : Security, MS-500 : Microsoft 365 Security Administration, and Information Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationFluent German and English language skills in written and spokenApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
