Your shoes to fill :

• You are driving Compliance, Transparency and Profitabilty in our production plant in Portugal near Porto (Arouca) by business partnering with local organization as well as being the link to the Group Finance Function.
• You are the Business Partner to the local Managing Director and the Plant Leadership team.
• You prepare the budgets and forecasts for management.
• You prepare the regular reports (cost and performance indicators, e.G. target / actual analyses and productivity) as well as commenting on them and deriving recommendations for action.
• You prepare and present the analyses, reports and business cases for all management levels as well as ad-hoc analyses.
• You support in investment projects, e.G. by reviewing, approving and recalculating profitability calculations.
• You develop and coach Finance employees at site.
