What You'll Do

The Senior Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting two critical global initiatives at BCG : the EDGE program and the Client References program. Working closely with the respective program leads, you will drive forward key initiatives that strengthen BCG's client engagement, visibility, and thought leadership. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, project management experience, and the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups.

For EDGE, You Will

• Lead the planning and execution of BCG's annual EDGE Expo, managing timelines, logistics, and content coordination across global stakeholders.
• Ensure BCG's immersive content created by PAs is effectively leveraged not only at the EDGE Expo, but also in client engagements and broader firm activities throughout the year.

For References, You Will

You will work across both programs to bring structure, efficiency, and energy to their respective portfolios, supporting their leads as a trusted thought partner and coordinator.

You will also collaborate with senior leaders and program stakeholders across the firm to maximize the reach and impact of both programs.
