Role Overview :
As a Content Moderator , you’ll review and assess user-generated content to ensure it adheres to platform policies. Your role will be essential in maintaining a respectful and secure online environment by enforcing guidelines, addressing user concerns, and staying informed about emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and review videos, images, comments, and links, removing content that violates community guidelines
- Enforce platform policies consistently across all content types
- Handle user appeals, providing clear and professional explanations for moderation decisions
- Collaborate with your team to ensure compliance with regulations and platform standards
- Identify trends and potential risks by analyzing user behavior to support proactive moderation
- Suggest improvements to enhance moderation tools and processes
Requirements :
