What you will do :
Process purchase requests for services (mainly technical services)
Support users (buyers, suppliers, internal colleagues) with the purchasing system
Take part in user trainings and system demonstrations
Suggest improvements to the system based on user feedback
Collaborate with various teams across the group
What we're looking for :
Education in management, procurement, administration, or similar (technical degree or bachelor's – Bac+2 / +3)
Experience in user support, middle office, or administrative services
Team spirit and a genuine interest in helping others
Comfortable with digital tools and management software (ideally Ivalua, SAP, DocuSign…)
Fluency in French – mandatory
