Product Development Technician

Are you passionate about innovation, product design, and bringing ideas to life? We are looking for a Product Development Technician to join our team and help shape the next generation of products with technical excellence, creativity, and precision.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in developing new products from concept to industrialization.
• Prepare technical drawings, prototypes, and documentation.
• Support analysis of technical and functional requirements.
• Monitor sampling, validation, and certification processes.
• Collaborate with production, quality, marketing, and suppliers.
• Continuously improve existing products in terms of cost, quality, and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Manage new product orders, from customer sample approvals to system entry.

What We're Looking For:

• Training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Product Design, Plastics, Automation, Materials Engineering, or related fields. Additional training in CAD/product development is a plus.
• 2–3 years of industrial experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Corel Draw/CAD.
• Project management experience and ability to work collaboratively.
• Good command of English.
