In this role you will:Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow‐up of their legal claims.Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claiming foundations.Your QualificationsHigh level of Dutch and fluent in English (B2).Excellent communication skills.Previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus.Proactive, self‐motivated, and a great team player.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
