Customer Service Representative Spanish Speaker

Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team supporting a Spanish airline. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver high-quality support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Schedule :
Monday to Sunday, 08 : 00 to 21 : 00 (8 hour shifts)
2 rotating days off per week
Profile Requirements :
Native or fluent Spanish (C1+) and English (B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends
What We Offer :
Competitive salary : 870 euros (x14 months)
Performance bonus : 80 euros (x11 months)
Daily meal allowance of 7,63 euros
Monthly transport allowance of 20 euros
Estimated total monthly compensation : ~1,061 euros
This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary, the performance bonus, daily meal allowance (calculated for ~22 working days), and transport allowance.
