This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation.THE ROLE We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Support (ALMT) for an international project.YOUR DAY TO DAYAssist Front Office and Middle Office users (our clients) in their day‐to‐day work, troubleshooting issues and designing workarounds to reduce incidents and operational problems encountered during the day.Perform the first level of incident investigation.Act as single point of contact for any users related topics and coordinate different actors when addressing transversal issues.Understand business issues and business impacts.Continuous training on Business knowledge to keep service level on top.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORProven experience with SQL Server/Oracle and Sybase.Knowledge in Investment finance (e.G., Derivatives, Money Market products).Familiarity with Kibana and Grafana.Hands‐on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.Fluency in English.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM USOpportunity to lead major projects – By leading projects for an international Axians customer, you can make your mark in the IT world.Recognition as a professional and as a person – For Axians, the professionals who lead customer projects have a name and a face and are therefore recognized by the company.Work Life Balance and premium benefits – Axians values the family life of its employees by giving 5 days beyond those legally provided after the birth of children.
