Application Support

Main Tasks:

- Support the setup and maintenance of RPA robots’ environment

- Escalate and follow-up RPA Production infrastructure issues

- Maintain an updated set of relevant procedures that support the activity

- Develop relationships with infrastructure teams and RPA implementation team based on effective communication and promotion of established procedures

Technical Skills:

- Application support experience (3+ years)

- Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus)

- Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus
