Application Support Specialist

We are looking for a Application Support with :

• 5+ years of experience in application support (preferably in international environments)
• Strong experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Experience in 1st and / or 2nd line support and cross-team coordination
• Knowledge of cybersecurity platforms and vulnerability management guidelines
• Experience with knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Wikis)
• ITIL Foundations knowledge or certification
