Fashion Customer Advisor – French Speaker – Lisbon

Your Responsibilities and Impact

As a French-speaking Customer Advisor, you will :

Act as a fashion mentor, guiding customers through their shopping experience

Provide customer support via phone, email, or social media with clear and professional communication

Answer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to products, orders, payments, and shipping

Handle credit simulation requests and support in completing files

Assist both prospects and clients with their questions and needs

Collaborate with other departments and redirect cases when necessary

Skills, Qualifications and Interests

Native-level French and good command of English

Enthusiasm for fashion, trends, and lifestyle brands

Excellent listening and communication skills

Strong focus on creating a positive customer experience

Ability to remain calm and professional in problem-solving

Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

Valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s in It for You?

Contract & Working Hours

Yearly contract, renewable

40h / week (8h / day) with rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (7 AM – 9 PM)

Salary Package

With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) : 1,040€ gross / month

Without accommodation : 1,240€ gross / month
