Location : Remote within Portugal (based in Braga project)

Start Date : 2 October 2025

Working Schedule :

Monday to Friday : 07 : 00 20 : 00 (rotational shifts)

Saturday : 08 : 00 16 : 00

Sunday : 08 : 00 17 : 00

2 rotational days off

Salary & Benefits :

Base Salary : 1030 gross x 14 months

Performance Bonus : 120 gross x 12 months

Position Bonus (Braga) : 30 gross x 12 months

Meal allowance : 7.23 per day

Transport allowance : 20 per month

Health insurance from day 1 (with small contribution, free after 6 months)

What Youll Do :

Deliver top-quality customer support for the German market via phone, email, and chat.

Handle customer inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Solve problems efficiently and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Work remotely while staying connected to a supportive international team.

What Were Looking For :

Fluency in German (C1) + good English (B2).

Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
