We're looking for a Application Support (Lisbon)

Who We're Looking For :

Professional Experience & Technical Skills :

  • Providing

functional & technical support

for key business applications;

  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving

    • production incidents in real-time;

  • Ensuring

    • smooth execution of batches

    and production changes;

  • Managing

    • incidents, problems, requests, and changes

    , always with a focus on timely resolution;

  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and end users about production events;
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing business processes;
  • Documenting solutions and contributing to continuous service improvement.

    • Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of

    • SQL

  • Experience with

    • Oracle

    databases;

  • Familiarity with

    • ITIL framework

  • Solid background in

    • Unix / Linux environments

  • Understanding of

    • Financial Markets

    (cross-asset knowledge is a plus).

    Language Requirement

  • English –

    • B2
