Pharma Events Management Trainee

The Position

We are looking for an Events Management Trainee to support the sales force in Portugal and UK in all compliance matters related with events managements, specifically in :

Responsibilities

Sales & Project Support

• Support the planning and execution of sales events, including coordination with agencies and suppliers, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, materials, and follow-up tasks. Ensure all events are aligned with brand strategy and fully compliant with internal procedures and local regulations.
• Help monitor sales activities and materials in accordance with local regulations, supporting the team with administrative tasks related to Infarmed's reporting requirements.
• Participate in the organization of internal meetings and company initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and preparation of supporting materials.
• Provide general administrative support, including assistance with purchase orders (POs), Non-POs, and processing of credit card transactions.
• Support the distribution and management of marketing materials to the sales team.
