About Responsibilities
As part of a digital banking application program, we’re looking for a seasoned Technical Leader with strong Java and DevOps expertise.
This role is central to performance optimization, application monitoring, and continuous improvement of development flows. It involves daily interaction with business teams, IT departments, and infrastructure providers.
Within our Retail Banking unit, your main missions will be :
- Act as technical reference for Java & DevOps within the development team
- Ensure best practices in development and code quality
- Drive performance optimization and application monitoring (with our Group Infrastructure Platform)
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers
- Lead code reviews, documentation, and solution proposals
- Participate in scheduled on-call duties
