Your responsibilities

Make outbound calls to transform online credit simulations into completed files.

Receive inbound calls from customers, answer questions, and provide assistance.

Work within a multicultural environment alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Your profile

Native level of French (mandatory).

Good level of English (a plus, not mandatory).

Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.

Motivated, committed, and proactive.

Team player, open to working with colleagues from various nationalities.

Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is a plus.

Sales or commercial background is an advantage.

What’s in it for you?

Contract : 6-month temporary contract.

Working hours : Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Compensation package :

€890 gross / month × 14 months

€200 / month complexity bonus

up to €50 / month performance bonus

Meal vouchers of €7.23 per workday

Partial transportation reimbursement

Private health insurance and dental plan (after 6 months)

Relocation package (for candidates outside Portugal)

Reimbursement of initial flight (up to €400) after 4 months in the company.

4 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (with rental fee to pay).
