Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese

• Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy

• Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Language Requirements

• Portuguese: C2

• English: B2

Work Schedule

• 39h/week Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (Spanish time)
