Descrição do cargoAls Kundenbetreuer für das Gesundheitswesen helfen Sie bei allen Fragen und Anliegen zum Produkt. Kunden über die Funktionen des Geräts und die Sicherheit informieren und aufklären; Unterstützen Sie Kunden bei Fragen zu Versand, Rückgabe, Umtauschbedingungen und Zahlungsabwicklung ; Beteiligen Sie sich aktiv an den Optimierungsaktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit allen Kundendienstprozessen. Fließende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch; Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau ); Bereit, eine internationale Erfahrung zu machen – im Ausland zu arbeiten; Als Kundenbetreuer im Gesundheitswesen mit sensiblen Informationen umgehen; Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten; Teamgeist ; Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundenservice (bevorzugt).
