In this IT role, you will manage, develop, and support the technology infrastructure that powers Kuehne+Nagel's global systems and operations. This contribution is vital to making both special and ordinary moments in the lives of people a reality. Reliable, high-performance and customer-oriented solutions are the pioneers of our first-class logistics services. Our IT team is correspondingly innovative and important. We are creating a dedicated Cloud Security Hub, and you can become a part of it. We are looking for an engineer with broad experience in Cloud security, open to filling a new department with inspiring ideas.

How you create impact

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain security controls for our cloud infrastructure (AWS)
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and address security gaps and propose mitigation measures
  • Support to map ISMS policy requirements to standard Cloud controls,
  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices
  • Maintain a "Cloud Readiness" assessment for applications
  • Regularly perform a Cloud security compliance report
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and interact with our CIRT

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialty, CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, CISM, or GSEC.
  • Strong experience in Cloud Security, including hands-on work with cloud platforms.
  • Team-oriented work and good communication skills.
  • Responsible handling and prioritization of tasks.
  • Experience with CNAPP / CSPM solutions
  • Good English skills, both spoken and written.
