Descrição do cargoHybrid work model : Enjoy a mix of on-site and remote work for better flexibility. Full-time schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Comprehensive training and ongoing support. A multicultural and dynamic work environment. Fluency in French (C1 level or higher) and good command of English . Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Reside in or near Leiria, Portugal. Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs.
- Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
