We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.


What will you be doing?
Ensure that all activities have an associated owner;
Monitor ongoing project activities;
Schedule alignment sessions between streams and follow up on the following actions;
Activities completed since the last project status;
Activities scheduled for completion until the next project status;
Risks, issues, dependencies, and system outages;
Evolution of the project plan and success metrics (KPIs);
Monitoring project scope achievement;
Identification of overdue activities;
Update the plan and action for each stream;
Update project documentation;
Prepare the project executive report;
Analysis of KPIs to monitor team performance.


What are we looking for?
Degree in Engineering or Business Management;
Between 2 and 4 years of experience in similar roles;
Over 1 year's experience with MS Project and hands-on with Jira;
Experience managing and monitoring project progress;
Previous knowledge with risk identification and mitigation measures;
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation thereof;
JIRA standardization for projects over 3 years old;
Relationship management with different stakeholders;
Experience in banking (preferred).
Available to work hybrid, 2 to 3 times per week;
Fluency in Portuguese- Mandatory;;
Must be living in Portugal and citizenship or legal authorization to work in Portugal.
