What will you be doing?

• Monitor operations and track anomalies or disruptions
• Escalate, document, and follow up on incidents
• Create dashboards and reports to support operational monitoring
• Analyse recurring issues and propose structured improvements
• Develop tracking mock-ups and optimize reporting tools
• Suggest automation opportunities to improve processes
