Position : Senior Solution Architect

Location : Venda do Pinheiro (Hybrid 1x a week)

Language : Very good English (C1); German is a plus.

What You’ll Do :

Develop and implement Enterprise Architecture, collaborating with management, architects, and development teams.

Document AS-IS and TO-BE architectures, define strategies, and create roadmaps.

Optimize processes, ensure standards compliance, and maximize business value.

Coach solution architects, facilitate workshops, and support transformation projects.

What We’re Looking For :

Senior Solution Architect experience with Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, and integration architectures.

Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management (TOGAF a plus) and EAM tools (LeanIX, Confluence).

Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and value-driven mindset.
