ServiceNow Consultant / Product Owner

This could be the perfect challenge if you have :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role in large-scale implementations.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules.

Knowledge of demand management and product lifecycle.

Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English (mandatory).

Main responsibilities :

Guide the platform roadmap, driving continuous improvement in line with the Enterprise Service Management strategy.

Engage with stakeholders (IT, HR, Customer Service) to capture and prioritize demands in the ServiceNow pipeline.

Act as a functional advisor on ITSM, HRSD, and CSM, recommending best practices and maximizing platform value.

Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, guiding Agile delivery teams.

Support release management and adoption, ensuring smooth deployments and successful change management.

Promote continuous improvement, monitoring platform performance and enhancing user experience.
