Descrição do cargoProven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on automation (8+ years preferred). Proficiency in at least one programming language used for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#). Solid experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience integrating automated tests into CI / CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor. Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6). Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Define automation strategies, tools, and best practices to improve QA efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.
- Mentor and guide other QA team members in automation practices and coding standards.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new automation tools and techniques to improve processes.
- Ensure that all automated tests are part of the CI / CD pipeline for continuous quality checks.
