About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive innovation and technical enablement projects that empower DataCamp's learning experience at scale. Youll partner closely with Engineering , Curriculum , and Design to identify opportunities at the intersection of pedagogy and technology, bringing forward ambitious ideas and turning them into high-impact solutions. As Product Manager , you will be responsible for shaping the roadmap of a cross-functional team focused on highly complex, technically challenging initiatives. These include building the platforms, tools, and infrastructure that enable new kinds of content, richer interactivity, and cutting-edge learner experiences. Your role is to bring clarity and focus, balancing experimentation with execution, and ensuring that our innovation efforts translate into real learner and business value. You will also play a key role in ensuring technical initiatives are aligned with curriculum goals, managing complexity with a pragmatic approach, and maintaining a strong understanding of how underlying systems work to make informed trade-offs.
