Job Title : Customer Support Specialist (German Native, Remote)
Location : Porto (Remote)
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized support and addressing customer concerns efficiently.
- Work closely with the team to ensure consistent and reliable customer service.
- Follow established protocols for handling various customer scenarios, escalating complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Requirements :
Native German speaker with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Fluent in English for internal communication.Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.Ability to work rotational shifts, Monday to Friday, including bank holidays.Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.What We Offer :
