Your Tasks
- 📞 Answer incoming calls from customers and travel agents
- 🛳️ Sell cruise packages and suggest add-ons (cross-sell & upsell)
- 📅 Support with bookings and post-booking questions
- 🌍 Give info about destinations, ships, documents, prices, and more
- 🤝 Assist travel agents with managing bookings
