Job Opportunity : Video Content Analyst (Content Moderation)

Location : On-site, Lisbon

Project : Streaming Service Platform

Schedule :  Rotating shifts 24 / 7, Mon-Fri

Job Overview :

We are looking for Video Content Analysts to join our team and help review online advertisements within a leading streaming service platform . Your role will involve ensuring compliance with guidelines and removing inappropriate content , making the platform a safer place for users.

Responsibilities :

Review and moderate advertisements based on project guidelines .

Ensure content complies with local regulations

Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant content.

Work efficiently within a shifting schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

No previous experience required (up to 12 months in Content Moderation is a plus).

24 / 7 availability (rotating shifts).

Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Attention to detail and ability to work under strict guidelines .

Salary & Benefits :

Annual Base Salary : 15.260 euros

Annual Language  Bonus :  3.240 euros

Meal Allowance : 7.63 per workday (paid via meal card, net amount)

Yearly Target Bonus : 5% of gross annual base salary

Health & Life Insurance (Family Plan included spouse / legal partner & children).

Contract Type : 2-month training agreement + 1-year FTC (30-day probation).
