Position Description :
CGI is looking for a French stock market IT Support to join our team.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
- Perform level 2 technical and functional support for Front / Middle / Back office business applications;
- Intervene in the resolution of incidents that fall under a business or technical expertise identified via level 1 support (based in Lyon or Lisbon). Spoken and written exchange in French but English would be a plus;
- Providing solutions according to quality, cost and deadline requirements;
- Carry out Customer Service requests that fall within the team's area of expertise;
- Contribute to the supply of the support knowledge base to improve the responsiveness of responses;
- Document in collaboration with other departments the maps of Customer environments;
- Participate in the administration of data for the proper functioning of the products;
- Provide assistance for the functional monitoring of regular regulatory work;
- Work closely with R&D for ticket resolution and provide correction priorities;
- Work with R&D in a continuous improvement approach on recurring problems and be a source of proposals for improvements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
With an IT background and / or experience in a customer support structure or in a stock exchange - securities back office service, you have good interpersonal skills and you know how to adapt to different interlocutors, understand them and support them in their IT issues;English would be a plus;You have a real taste for customer relations and service. Your ability to communicate, your curiosity, your rigor and your versatility will be essential assets to succeed in this position.Skills required :
