IT HelpDesk Manager (M/F/D)

Overview

An IT Manager at iCliGo is proactive and visionary, with experience in managing technology, people, and processes. This person combines strong leadership and problem-solving skills with technical expertise, ensuring that IT systems run smoothly, securely, and in alignment with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company’s objectives;
• Manage and optimize the technological infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, security, devices);
• Lead, support, and develop the IT team, fostering collaboration and best practices;
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection policies are applied consistently;
• Manage external vendors, IT contracts, and budget;
• Support digital transformation projects and automation of business processes;
• Act as the main point of contact for critical incidents and ensure continuity plans are in place.

What we’re looking for

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
• Proven experience in IT management (ideally 5+ years in similar roles);
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), networks, and cybersecurity;
• Experience managing teams and external vendors;
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Natural curiosity and eagerness to introduce new ideas and tools that simplify daily work;
• Fluent in English.
