This is a hybrid contractor roleWe are seeking a Scaled Delivery Consultant / Technical Account Consultant to join our team at Variacode and partner with one of our top-tier global clients, known for its cutting-edge solutions in digital operations management and streamlining enterprise workflows. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead large-scale migrations, enhance processes, and contribute to business-critical digital solutions.
As a key player in this project, you will :
- Drive migrations and on-demand requests, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvements in operations.
- Collaborate with top industry experts to enhance automation, streamline workflows, and develop innovative solutions that add value to the team.
- Take ownership of key tasks and processes to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute advanced on-demand tasks within expected timelines.
- Lead small to medium migrations and review work backlogs weekly.
- Suggest improvements to applications and processes, driving automation and value for the team.
- Work with common monitoring systems like DataDog, Dynatrace, Nagios, Splunk, and others integrated into DevOps environments.
- Use scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Go in the context of AWS Lambda and Azure Functions.
- Work with APIs (REST, SOAP), webhooks, and ITSM solutions like ServiceNow, Jira, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with monitoring systems and event / alert notification practices.
- Experience in automation, scripting, and tooling development.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with working in shared on-call environments, and supporting production solutions.
- Customer-facing skills
- Advanced English level
