We are looking for an Outsourcing
Account Manager for Syone's Operation
What will be your Mission?
- Find and develop new business related with Syone's solutions portfolio;
- Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting solutions for their outsourcing, turnkey and / or managed services needs, working closely with our People Scouting & Professional Services areas;
- Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and goals;
- Analysis and Development of Sales Offers;
- Deliver strong Sales Presentations;
- Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;
- Elaborate proposals and participate in Sales meetings and demos;
- Interact with different stakeholders;
- Participate in events to develop networking;
- Identify opportunities and develop account goals, strategies and tactics;
- Anticipate client operational, strategical and commercial needs;
- Manage different client accounts.
Who you are?
A dynamic person with proven experience in Information Technologies;Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration or IT areas;Previous experience (2+ years) in Sales positions;Result-driven;Well organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace;Excellent in prioritization and time management;Able to easily build relationships with the different players of the business;Able to analyze and solve problems;Able to work as a team;Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;Very ambitious mindset;English Proficiency.What will be valued?
