Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire digital customer journey from planning to rollout across relevant channels in the digital funnel, ensuring conversion and meeting KPIs.
• Track all media & search platforms (Google, YouTube, …) and campaign analytics.
• Be Responsible of E-Shop Back office through an internal platform and an external logistic partner.
• Support all Offline KAM's in the Top National Players E-Shop.
• Coordination with Marketing team and Digital International team following the definite plans.
• Identify trends, insights, opportunities to boost Vileda E-Commerce growth.
• Active prospection of new potentials e-commerce clients.
