Descrição do cargoNative / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Previous experience in content moderation, customer care and / or online business will be considered as an advantage Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment Conscientious and reliable Strong attention to detail Customer focused with willingness to assist Team player. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor and assess content to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines and standards.
- Conduct quality reviews with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Detect and report potential issues or policy breaches promptly.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to support the ongoing improvement of processes and policies.
