We invite an experienced, motivated, and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our Engineering Presales team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you'll drive the full presales cycle, coordinating experts and managing RFPs, RFQs, and similar opportunities. You'll collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to help the company win new business while also continuously improving our presales processes.

5+ years in project management, including 2+ years in presalesStrong presales leadership and experience managing end-to-end presales processes and proposalsExperience with global clients, translating business needs into delivery solutionsStrong stakeholder management, prioritization, and on-time deliveryTechnical knowledge to lead discussions with expertsStrong understanding of SDLC and PM methodsHands-on project planning, estimation, and delivery oversightProcess improvement and cross-team coordination experienceUpper-Intermediate+ English levelExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiationAutonomy, accountability, adaptability, and strong decision-making under uncertaintyDesirable :
Proposal development experience (RFP / RFQ responses, discovery calls, estimations)Domain knowledge in fintech, hospitality, or retailKey responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you'll lead end-to-end presales efforts, connecting sales, delivery, and technical teams to create clear, client-ready proposals that win new business.
Manage end-to-end presales activities : initiation, planning, estimates, documentation, proposals, and presentationsOrganize and lead cross-functional presales teams to deliver high-quality, timely client responsesCollaborate with internal teams (Delivery Leadership, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, etc.)Engage with clients during presales to capture requirements, set expectations, and address concernsDefine PM aspects such as project plans, risks, and resources clearly in proposalsIdentify and implement improvements in presales processesMaintain high efficiency under tight RFP / RFQ deadlinesWhat's working at Dev.Pro like?
