Right now, we are looking for a Team Leader L2 - Cloud&Infra to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include :

Experience of working with ITSM tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and / or managing multiple players in escalation processes;
Ensure the resolution of incidents at 2st line level related to infrastructure, networks, applications and security, or escalation to 3rd line, following KB;
Experience in various tools (Infrastructure, Network & Applications Operating Center);
Knowledge of monitoring and orchestration software;
Knowledge of quality control, operational processes, and performance monitoring tools (KPIs);
Experience in Team Management - Motivation and development;

Experience in Client Management - Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.

You must have :

Technical Skills in :

Computing, Storage & Networks;

Backup & DR as a Service;

Housing & Private Clouds;

Managed Hybrid Cloud Services;

Cloud & On-Premises Assessments;

NOC Environments;

Standard and Advanced IT Services;

Technology, Transformation & Security Strategy;

Strong communication skills;

Customer-focused mindset, with a proactive attitude and a strong orientation toward effective problem-solving;

Resilience and ambition, with the ability to face challenges while maintaining a positive and determined attitude;

Multidisciplinary profile, with flexibility to work across different areas and collaborate with diverse teams;

Fluent in English.

ITIL Certification;

Knowledge of security management;

Understanding of service management;

Familiarity with infrastructure processes.
