ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our elite consulting team. You'll work on diverse internal R&D initiatives and high-stakes client projects, delivering production-ready AI systems that solve real business problems. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities. You'll architect solutions, lead implementation, and present to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions for clients across various industries and use cases;
• Build sophisticated LLM applications using RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows;
• Develop custom ML models for client-specific challenges including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics;
• Independently assess, clean, and engineer features from complex, messy datasets;
• Own the complete data pipeline from ingestion through model training and deployment;
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions with client stakeholders;
• Present technical concepts and project outcomes to executive leadership and technical teams;
• Mentor junior engineers and establish AI / ML best practices across client engagements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders;
• Contribute to internal R&D initiatives and thought leadership in AI / ML.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience with strong fundamentals; 5+ years deploying production machine learning systems at scale; 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, including API integration and local deployment; Strong data engineering and data science expertise—you can work with raw, unstructured data and transform it into ML-ready datasets; Proficiency with data manipulation tools : pandas, NumPy, SQL, and big data frameworks (Spark, Dask); Expert-level Python proficiency with deep knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face); Proven experience with modern AI techniques : RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and agentic systems; Strong cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) with containerization and orchestration experience; Experience building scalable microservices, APIs, and ML inference pipelines; Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight; Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership; Consulting mindset with ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; Track record of leading technical projects from conception to production deployment; Upper-Intermediate English level.
