In this critical role, you will provide exceptional service to Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries related to our products and services.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and help resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
• Accurately document all customer interactions within our CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide customers with the most relevant information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, especially within a corporate or remote environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle challenges diplomatically and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with the support of paid relocation.
