About the Role :

Are you fluent in French and passionate about keeping social media safe? We are looking for Tier 2 Content Moderators to join our team in Portugal . In this role, you will review and moderate content on a leading social media platform, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.

As a Tier 2 Moderator , you will also handle escalated cases, assist with customer inquiries, and work closely with internal teams to maintain platform integrity.

Your Responsibilities :

️ Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, live streams).

️ Enforce community guidelines and platform policies.

️ Handle escalations from Tier 1 moderators and provide solutions.

️ Respond to user inquiries related to content moderation policies.

️ Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes.

️ Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Work Schedule :

Content Moderation : 24 / 7 rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

Customer Support : 9 : 00 21 : 00 (Day shifts).

Night shifts come with extra bonuses!

Fluent in French (C1 / C2 level).

Good English skills (B1 level or higher).

Residency or willingness to relocate to Portugal .
