What You’ll Do
- Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales, conversion rates, reviews, etc.)
- Conduct audits of product listings and recommend optimizations
- Track marketplace and industry changes to ensure brand compliance and competitiveness
- Coordinate with internal teams on supply, support, brand management, and marketing operations
- Collaborate on pricing strategies, product opportunities, and growth initiatives
- Help maintain account health and proactively resolve operational issues
- Support onboarding of new brands and expansion across marketplaces
- Track competitors and provide actionable insights on trends and white-space opportunities
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or brand support rolesAnalytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics and large datasetsExperience coordinating cross-functional projects or teamsFamiliarity with Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces is a strong plusSolid Excel or spreadsheet modeling skillsFluent in English, both written and spokenSelf-starter with curiosity, ownership, and a desire to grow quickly in an entrepreneurial environmentWhat You’ll Gain
