Role Overview :
As a Customer Support Specialist , you’ll handle customer queries across various channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—assisting with account management, technical issues, and financial inquiries. Your support will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing internal processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding customer support through phone, chat, email, and social media platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account creation, verification, logins, payments, and technical challenges
- Act as a trusted point of contact, particularly for clients in the sports sector
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care

Requirements :
