Driving strategy and execution behind global lead generation efforts for premium investment products. The role blends performance marketing, content strategy, and conversion optimization to attract and convert high-net-worth individuals across key international markets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement full-funnel digital marketing strategies in partnership with agencies, tailored to diverse regional audiences (US, Brazil, Hong Kong, Turkey, MENA).
- Drive direct bookings via conversion-focused digital marketing (Google & META) and optimize the website to showcase guest and community initiatives, maximizing engagement and conversions.
- Align strategies with key business KPIs such as qualified lead generation, CPL, and ROAS.
- Plan, manage, and optimize international performance campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on precise targeting, message relevance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Own and implement the SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility across priority keywords and markets, working closely with content teams to develop high-intent content.
- Manage and optimize website and landing pages using WordPress (Elementor) and HubSpot CMS to ensure high performance and seamless user experiences across devices and languages.
- Maintain a structured lead source framework within HubSpot CRM to enable accurate attribution, campaign tracking, and pipeline alignment.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure strategic alignment, creative cohesion, and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements :
Experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on digital performance and lead acquisition.Proven track record in developing and executing data-driven, full-funnel marketing strategies.Skilled in managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.Proficient in SEO strategy and organic growth initiatives.Experienced with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, for lead attribution and pipeline alignment.Ability to collaborate effectively with agencies and cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.Comfortable working in international, multi-market environments.Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).What we offer and what you can expect :
